The Shadow Side of the Chakras: A Journey of Integration

Beneath the vibrant colors of the chakras lies another layer, their shadows. Fear, shame, control, grief, silence, denial, and disconnection are not flaws to erase, but invitations to listen more deeply.

Join Lauren for a guided journey into the shadow side of the chakra system, beginning with a short workshop and journaling practice to illuminate each chakra's hidden aspects. From there, she will weave a descent-to-ascent arc by starting in the body and earthy shadows with Yin postures, then softening into more receptive work with Restorative shapes, and finally dissolving into the spaciousness with Yoga Nidra, giving you the chance to explore with compassion and curiosity. This practice is less about "fixing" and more about honoring the whole spectrum of our being , light and dark alike.

This practice is open to all experience levels, including beginners. Wear what feels comfortable, bring water, and a mat if you have one.…
