Personalized Private Cold Plunge Experience Our private cold plunge sessions are tailored to each client and their individual needs. The duration of each session is 45 minutes, with a plunge from 1-15 minutes determined by the person's experience level. Following the cold plunge, we offer a warm up or cool down period, reiki healing and meditation. Each session is customized to meet the unique requirements of the individual. Excellent for beginners!
