It’s a science-based, self-empowering approach to recovery that helps you build tools to shift habits, manage emotions, and reconnect with your values—without labels, hierarchy, or pressure.


There’s no need to call yourself an addict.

No pressure to share your story.

No judgment—ever.


This is a safe space to explore change, one small step at a time.

You’ll be met with compassion, not shame.

Clarity, not control.

And a community that believes in your ability to grow and heal.


We meet every Monday at 7:00 PM in a supportive, trauma-informed space.

You can sit quietly. You can share if you feel ready. You can just show up and breathe.


This isn’t about perfection.

It’s about progress—and about remembering that you are worth the work.
