About the Event
This workshop will explore safe alignment of a variety of foundational yoga postures/asanas. Whether you are a beginner starting your practice, a seasoned practitioner wanting to deepen your practice, or an asana instructor interested in refreshing your cues and modifications this workshop is for you. Demonstrations, hands-on assists, non-assisted adjustments, modifications, prop usage, and discussion time will be included.
