About the Event

Through therapeutic yoga, everyBODY can get the much needed self-care and calm we all need to recover from psychological and physical strain.
Join Denica, a 200hr registered yoga teacher specialzing in Yin and a licensed massage therapist with a focus on gentle therapeutics.
Her focus on therapeutic yoga poses from Yin, and Restorative, calming breathing techniques, and self-myofascial release will help you cultivate a stronger mind-body connection.
