 A therapeutic and restorative yoga class for all levels that takes into account all the physical and emotional stressors that are the hallmarks of First Responder work. It includesÂ
- Breathwork, which can help calm the nervous system during a stressful call, as well as in the days, hours and months afterwards.
- Poses that allow the body to open in a comfortable and safe manner
- Relaxation techniques to release stress and anxiety
