Safe Within is a free weekly class created just for women—a space to soften, reconnect, and find safety in your own body. Through gentle somatic movement, mindful breath, and restorative postures, this practice helps calm the nervous system, release stored tension, and nurture inner resilience.
No experience is needed. Simply come as you are and allow yourself to be supported in a community of women who are walking the same path of healing and empowerment. 💫
