Relax in savasana, as Dana provides a sound bath experience created with crystal singing bowls, gongs and various other instruments. This soundscape will help to eliminate mind chatter, relax your mind and redirect energy within your body. These high vibrational sounds interact powerfully at the deepest cellular levels cleansing and rejuvenating mind, body and spirit. Through this experience stress is released and tension is washed away, leaving you centered, energized, and fully present. Feel yourself floating into that space in-between sleep and wakefulness as you unplug from the outside world, release your stress & rejuvenate your health and well-being. Clients are asked to wear comfortable clothing without buttons, zippers or jewelry.
