Restorative Aerial Trapeze Yoga

Restorative Trapeze Yoga involves settling in to yoga postures fully supported by the use of a yoga trapeze and a number of props so that you can let go and relax completely.  This workshop is about slowing down our physical body and surrendering into modified yoga poses using the support of props offering a safe haven for letting go.  You will be guided through the postures, all of which will be low to the ground and not involve going upside down, and then spending time in a state of deep relaxation where breathing and thoughts are slowed.
