About the Event
Join us for a special birthday-fundraiser yoga class celebrating compassion, community, and the love of Great Danes! Celebrate Lauren's birthday with a gentle, heart-centered flow in support of two amazing rescue organizations that are close to her heart and do life-saving work for Great Danes in need: Northwest Florida Great Dane Rescue and Save Rocky the Great Dane Rescue & Rehab.
All proceeds from this class will be split between both rescues and donated directly to them to help these beautiful, gentle giants. Your donation helps support emergency and routine veterinary care, food, supplies, and foster support, rehabilitation and recovery for neglected or injured Danes, safe placement into loving forever homes, and more.
Expect a grounding, feel-good flow focused on gratitude, compassion, and heart connection sealed with a restorative and relaxing Savasana. No pressure, no perfection, just movement with meaning. Open to all levels, including beginners! Props will be provided.
