❤️Partner Heart Opening Yoga❤️

Invite your “partner” (friend, sister, brother,  mother, father, daughter, son, or significant other) to the studio for an evening of fun and relaxing yoga poses done together! Work with another persons body weight to assist in going deeper into lengthening and strengthening and bring your practice to a new level.

Give your partner (whom ever you choose) an opportunity to experience yoga with you. Partner yoga offers both support and guidance and a fun and inviting environment, giving your partner the confidence to show up and try something he/she may not feel comfortable doing on their own. 

We will take time to tune into our partner’s energy and help guide each other in and out of forward folds, heart openers, balance poses, and breath work. 

Sequences are appropriate for all levels and walks of life: adult or family/child over 12
