About the Event
Join rotating YBY teachers as they lead you through a guided meditation, a method of Pratyahara (withdrawal of senses) that allows you to scan the body and tap into a state of relaxed consciousness as the mind settles in a place between wakefulness and sleep. This 60 minute New Moon Yoga Nidra meditation for setting intentions and deep healing rest is meant to connect you to the rhythm of the earth and bring you into deep stillness of the mind and body. During this practice Joanne will practice the healing art of Reiki with each student. Wear comfortable clothing.
