Monthly Reiki Share

Join us for a monthly, donation-based circle to share healing Reiki energy! In this gathering of Reiki practioners, healers, and those just wanting to learn more about Reiki healing, we will share and receive the precious gift that Reiki is.

Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique that promotes self-healing, easing of pain, and reduction of stress and anxiety. It can also help with meditation, balancing the immune system, and supporting over well-being and healing. During a session, the practioner will guide energy within the receiver’s body to encourage alignment and balance of the body and mind. This is done through either a gentle touch or by placing their hands above the receiver’s body.

Lauren will lead the circle, beginning with cleansing the space and each attendee of the circle. She will then help to ground and center with a guided meditation and sound. From there, any Reiki II practioners or higher are welcome to provide Reiki treatment to the group. Finally, Lauren will guide attendees back to the present and close the circle.

Donations for this class will be supporting bringing Oncology Yoga to our studio so that we may provide cancer patients, surivors, and caretakers free yoga to assist and support throughout their journey.
