Yoga is about exploring and learning in a fun, safe and playful way. Yoga and kids are a great match! Join Certified Kids Yoga Teacher Vanessa Murray and her support team while we provide a fun, empowering and educational experience. We will use games, crafts and other tools and activities to help children focus their minds and stretch their bodies, all while having loads of fun.
