Grief Circle

Grief Circle is a calm, supportive space for people who are grieving, whether the loss is recent or long-held, clear or complicated. This is a place to sit with grief as it is, in the presence of others who understand.

Each gathering lasts about one hour and follows a gentle, consistent structure so you know what to expect each time. We begin with a brief welcome, offer space for optional sharing, and close together with a short reading and closing. 

This is a peer-based support space, not therapy or counseling. There is no pressure to speak, explain your grief, or move toward any particular outcome. Silence is welcome. Tears are welcome. So is quiet presence. 

You can come as you are for as long as you need. We begin together, and we end together.
