About the Event
Join Vanessa Murray teaching a beautiful Buck Moon flow while Dana Davis plays a healing sound bath! This first full moon yoga of the season will be celebrated at Lions Park in Niceville on the gorgeous Choctawhatchee Bay weather permitting. This is an all levels practice that only a mat is needed. Ages 10 and up welcome — This celestial energy is here to bring intimate reflection, purging negativity and baggage of the things that no longer serve us.
