Vanessa leads the class with poses and thought provoking cues to connect with that month's astrological phase. This practice promotes a healing environment by allowing the body to rest, repair, & rejuvenate. It is known to reduce stress, increase flexibility, enhance body awareness, improve sleep, boost cognitive function, & reduce pain. She will use healing sound to encourage the flow of energy in your body, helping to release blockages & stagnation. Josephina will practice the ancient art of Reiki. A healing energy for each student! Great for beginners, an all levels experience. Closes with the high frequency healing sounds of crystal singing bowls and various instruments. Every month!
