About the Event
The Fall Equinox is a time of balance, reflection, and transformation as we make the transition from the light of summer to the darkness of fall. During this time of balance and symmetry of the Earth's orbit around the sun, day and night hang in equality. This time will move into one of prosperity, gratitude, and acknowledgement.
Lauren will lead you through a calm and relaxing Restorative Yoga class and guided meditation to help you declutter your mind, regain inner balance, prepare for the coming season of rest, and turning inward to listen to what is trying to emerge from within. She will help you to embrace creativity and growth, welcome the release of what is no longer serving you, empty space, and connect with the season and cycles of nature. Use this beautiful practice to become silent and rest, to allow space for a greater vision to emerge.
