Exploring the Chakras Workshop

What in the world is a Chakra!? Join Lauren to find out! She will start out in a discussion about each of the seven major Chakras of the anterior spine, including what they are, how they correspond with the physical and emtional body, and how to work with them. Then she will lead a flow, segmented to work with each Chakra discussed. Finally, she'll seal off the evening with a guided meditation and sweet Savasana to relax and soak in the awesomeness. This workshop is suitable for anyone wanting to learn more about the Chakras! Dress comfortably. Feel free to bring a pen and paper to take notes.
