About the Event
Join Lauren as she introduces you to the wellness ways of Ayurveda! In this beginner level workshop, we'll learn about the basics of Ayurveda, the Five Great Elements, Doshas and signs of imbalance, and we'll seal our evening with an Empty Bowl meditation and Savasana. Dress comfortably and feel free to bring a pen and paper to take notes.
