Honoring our Okaloosa County teachers by offering an opportunity to relax and rejuvenate in preparation for the new school year.
Enjoy an hour of sonic meditation with resonant instruments geared to help you unwind, connect and deeply listen while allowing mind chatter to quiet and the body to receive.
Come drop into the vibrations if crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs and other high vibrational instruments to allow your autonomic nervous system to become balanced and calm.
