Tarot is more than a tool for divination—its rich archetypal imagery can also serve as a doorway into the inner landscape of the mind.

In this contemplative practice, we will explore Svādhyāya, the yogic practice of self-study, through Tarot pathworking and Carl Jung’s method of active imagination.

You’ll be guided through an immersive meditation into the imagery and symbolism of a Tarot archetype before being given space to engage with whatever your own imagination brings forward. Through reflection prompts, journaling, active imagination, and the sound of singing bowls, we’ll create space to listen to parts of ourselves that may be difficult to hear through ordinary conscious thought.

This is a practice of psychological exploration and self-inquiry rather than fortune-telling or mystical divination. There is nothing you are expected to see, feel, or experience—simply approach the practice with curiosity and allow whatever arises…
