Full Moon Yoga Ceremony and Sound Bath

Join Vanessa and Dana as they lead you through a deeply transformative Full Moon practice. Vanessa takes you on a restorative yoga journey into healing. As the name suggests, this style of yoga “restores” the body to its parasympathetic nervous system function, which, in turn, helps the body rest, heal, and restore balance. Vanessa will incorporate breath work and meditation to help deepen your practice. Dana will play a soundscape that will help to eliminate mind chatter, relax your mind and redirect energy within your body. These high vibrational sounds interact powerfully at the deepest cellular levels cleansing and rejuvenating mind, body and spirit. Through this experience stress is released and tension is washed away, leaving you centered, energized, and fully present.
