This monthly immersive experience blends restorative yoga, astrology, guided meditation, breathwork, sound healing, and lunar reflection to create a space for deep rest, insight, and transformation.
Each gathering is uniquely crafted around the current full moon and its astrological influences. Through supported restorative postures, intentional breath practices, sound healing instruments, tuning forks, crystal singing bowls, guided reflection, and lunar wisdom, you'll be invited to release what no longer serves, honor what has come to fruition, and reconnect with the wisdom already within you.
