FEEL (40 min)

Learn something new about the nature of sound and how it affects our whole being. Explore the instruments of sound healing in this session of interactive, hands-on play to feel the energy of sound begin to elevate your mood.

HEAL (40 min)

Next, settle into a therapeutic restorative yoga session to calm and reset your body and mind. Restorative yoga helps cultivate the skill of conscious relaxation by practicing passive healing using simple props to relax deeper into mind-body release and healing. 

SOUND JOURNEY (40 min)

Think of a bath - imagine slipping into a tub of warm water, scented with essential oils, candles lit around you, soft and soothing music ~ feeling of peace, tranquility, and relaxation arise within you as you become immersed in the experience, forgetting the outside world and silencing mind chatter altogether.

This is exactly what is experienced during sound healing or sound bath. Immersed in vibration of sound instruments as sound waves wash over and through your body calming the nervous system and mind.

You will be filled with a new vibrant higher frequency energy helping to reduce stress, alter consciousness and create a deep sense of peace, well-being and better health.
