Ladies night cacao ceremony & clothing swap. 6-8 pm at Yoga By You in Niceville FL. Enrich your relationship to self and your community during this sacred cacao ceremony and sustainable clothing swap!

Eka Earths Cacao Ceremony harnesses the medicinal aspects of cacao to bring new awareness into our experience. We will journey through guided meditation and pranayama with cacao as our guide. Cynthia will be serving cacao sourced from a collective of family farms rooted in reciprocal land stewardship from the Alta Verapaz region of Guatemala. You will learn the history and origins of cacao and how to incorporate it into your everyday life as a tool for self realization.

After cacao ceremony, participate in sustainable fashion by swapping cloths instead of buying new. Reducing your carbon footprint and contribution to big box retailers helps save the planet and save you money. Shop the swap, make new friends, and build community!

Clean out your closet and bring your gently used and washed clothing items to Yoga By You Studio on the evening of event. Please have your garments organized by sized and either neatly folded or on hangers ready to be placed in the appropriate sizing area. Clothing swap will be all sizes of women gently used and washed clothing items excluding undergarments and swim.

Un-swapped clothing will be donated to Twin Cities Pavilion Assisted Living Facility in Niceville FL.

Preregistration is required by 10am day of event to ensure your ceremonial dose of cacao. 

Email info@ekaearth.com for questions regarding event or cacao dosage. You may choose to bring your own favorite warm drinking vessel for cacao or one will be provided.

**Important notes for ceremonial cacao dosing.**

Depending on dosage, SSRI antidepressants and anti-psychotics are not compatible with the MAOI's (Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitors) in cacao. Low to average doses should be ok, people on higher doses should drink less cacao. Check with your doctor.

Cacao will raise your heart rate slightly. If an increase in your heart rate could cause a medical problem, drink less. Check with your doctor.

Cacao increases blood flow to the brain by 30-40%… so any other substances in your blood will be amplified.
