About the Event
Experience the range of sounds the crystal singing bowls emit to restore the normal vibratory frequencies of out-of-harmony body, mind and soul. Sound healing works by redirecting energy in the body. Everything in the universe, including humans, vibrates at different frequencies. Each atom, cell, tissue and organ in the body has a natural vibrational frequency. When the frequency is not in balance, the system does not work properly producing sickness or discomfort on a mental, physical, energetic and/or spiritual level. The vibrations produced by singing bowls can alter the vibrational frequencies of the body, reinstating health and well-being.
To elevate the healing experience, specific essential oils will be used on specific chakra-aligned body parts to help release and let go of negative emotions along with positive affirmations to redirect thoughts and support rebalancing of physical, mental and emotional state.
