Candlelight Relax & Reset

Join Lauren for a candlelit evening of relaxation, resetting, and Reiki!

She will lead you through a grounding restorative yoga practice, utilizing guided meditation, aromatherapy, chakra healing, and sound therapy to help you relax and relieve stress. She will seal the evening with Reiki energy healing, sending you into the ultimate bliss and comfort.

This event is friendly to all levels of practice. Props will be provided. Be sure to bring water and wear something comfortable.
