About the Event
Join Vanessa for 2 full hours of breath work, guided relaxation, and exploration of mindful restorative aerial yoga. Please bring a yoga mat. Dress in comfortable yoga clothes, layers to stay warm and wear socks. The studio is fully equipped with bolsters and blanks. However, please feel free to bring anything you need to feel extra comfortable during meditation such as pillows, extra blankets, etc. Space is limited to 6. Tickets are non-refundable. No-shows will not be refunded.
