We are turning the lights down low and the volume up for Thriller Yoga Flow! Join us for an hour of yoga 'tricks' to earn your 'treat' in partnership with Bayou Brewing for a wicked good time!!

Whether you're stretching for a ghouls night out, recovering from last night's mystery green witches brew, this Thriller yoga flow will help you hocus, pocus and focus. To chill our thrill, we'll slide across the street for cool beverage....our treat!

Costumes encouraged for a night filled with Halloween- but don't let that stop you! Walk-ins are always welcome, but pre-registration is suggested. Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class start and bring a yoga mat. This event is not suitable for children.
