Summer Solstice & Sunset Sound Journey

Enjoy a special summer extended evening class that includes a heated 45 minute session followed by the vibrational clearing of a sound journey celebrating the setting sun of the Summer Solstice.  Class will feature variations of Sun Salutations and then move to reclining into the harmonic waves of resonance from crystal singing bowls and dynamic sounds of  the gongs.  Connect with your inner voice or simply relax into your body as you find stillness and gratitude for this wonderful time of year.
