Candlelight Relax & Reset

Join Lauren for a candlelit evening of relaxation, resetting, and more!

She will lead you through a grounding restorative yoga practice, utilizing guided meditation, aromatherapy, and sound to help you relax and relieve stress. 

This event is friendly to all levels of practice. Props will be provided. If you have a yoga mat, please bring it with you. If you need to borrow a mat, we have some available. Be sure to bring water and wear something comfortable. Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the event start time to get checked in and settled.
