What's it about?

Yin yoga is traditionally taught with the body cold to stretch through layers of muscle and connective tissues. This practice is held in an 85-degree (F) dry heated room which is great if you have very little flexibility, widespread achiness/stiffness, fascial pain, and discomfort. Yin is a great practice for beginners to discover their limits, and to explore gentle poses in your own deepest form. If you have any medical conditions or concerns, it's advisable to consult with a healthcare professional before incorporating heat into your yoga practice.
