Celestial Wellness Workshop

What's it about?

During this one hour session, you will learn about astrology, lunar cycles, and integrating it into your wellness practice. Lauren will guide you through understanding what your birth chart is and how to read it, discussing your Big Three and what they are, learning about the lunar cycles and how to work with them as well as how they correlate to our feminine being, working on limiting beliefs, and then sealing the practice with a guided moon meditation.
