What's it about?

In a private one-on-one session, Lauren will help you to celebrate and learn about the lunar cycles and integrating them into your wellness practice. She'll guide you through understanding what your birth chart is and how to read it, discussing your Big Three and what they are, learning about the moon cycles and how to work with them as well as how they correlate to our feminine being, working on limiting beliefs, and sealing the practice with energy healing and a guided moon meditation.
