About the Event
Children are out for holiday and YBY has a great activity for ages 7-12! Mindfulness, Arts and Crafts, Holiday Storytelling Yoga and Sound Relaxation.
This two-hour workshop will be loaded with fun and interactive curriculum ~ movement and relaxation.
Children will be introduced to sound instruments (singing bowls, gongs, chimes, bells, drums, etc) and will have a chance to play them. Then they will craft their own rainsticks to take home.
Followed by a Christmas story themed yoga and a short sound bath. Children respond very well to the sound of singing bowls and high vibrational instruments helping to bring balance and peace during the busy holiday season.
